Flexible production process

When it comes to being flexible in production, Foamflex Europe will always place a wide product range at the top of the priority list for client service. Thanks to our high tech machine park, we can manufacture PU moulded foam for lightweight, small pieces (from 150 grams) just as easy as for complete sofas (up to 35 kg). We also offer solutions for products of all levels of complexity: products which at first glance might seem simple, to complex products with integrated inserts in metal, wood or plastic.

Secondly, we are flexible in volumes, ranging from small to mid-sized and large quantities.

And lastly, Foamflex Europe offers flexibility in the choice of moulds. We can use moulds supplied by the client, or clients’ made-to-measure moulds. All this without limitations to dimensions. Also moulds in different materials can be used, from epoxy to aluminium, with or without cooling tubes.
